World of eCommerce!Did you know there are actually four types of "fun"?  Learn what they are and how to apply them to your applications in a way that will keep users coming back. UX Strategist and Human Factors International instructor Noah Schaffer will share his definition of "engagement", and explain why this term is all too often thrown around by marketers without really knowing what it means.
