Leading Through Mentorship

Leading Through Mentorship

November 19, 2020

Are you interested in being a mentor and don’t know where to begin? Are you a UX leader who wants to continue developing your people leadership skills? Do you want to lead UX’ers in their career?

We are kicking off our 2021 Mentorship Program by discussing what makes a great mentor and how to guide and develop someone professionally. Join us for an online conversation and workshop on developing leadership skills as a mentor and developing another’s UX career. We’ll take a practical look at the mindset and tools available to become an effective mentor.

At the end of the event, we will be announcing our 2021 Mentorship Program application process and answering your questions.

Whether you are mentoring today or have never mentioned before, this event will give you the foundational understanding to get the most out of a mentorship program.

Not ready to be a mentor today, and want to learn what it takes? Come join the discussion.
