Event Ticket Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to anyone who reaches out to rsvp@nycuxpa.org to cancel on or before the registration close date. Cancellations sent after that date are not issued because the person was already counted towards our total and any costs associated with the event.

Registration close dates are listed on each event page and are typically 24 hours before the event. These close dates are subject to change and registration may close early if seating capacity is reached - whichever occurs first.

Exceptions are made on a case by case basis and always if we made a mistake.

Notice of Photography

By attending an NYC UXPA event, you are entering an area where photography may occur.

By registering for this event, you consent to photography and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by NYC UXPA and its representatives. You release NYC UXPA, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NYC UXPA or the person or entity designated to do so by NYC UXPA.
